I've never been a non-compete clause and I signed confidentiality agreemenet.
When he heard my former employer that I am a sales representative to Director of Operations compeitor direct, which was sent a threatening letter.
In the letter that I am I can not communicate with one of my old leads / contacts to bring the matter to me.
The letter also says that I should not I ask my fellow middle-aged workers to come work for me.
Threatening legal action against me and I newemployer much, if I stay on the request in the letter.
If you signed a document has no legal basis to threaten me? If so, what are the reasons?
