Cloning Belgian beer. How do you add the rock candy when bottling? - belgian
I'm cloning a Belgian beer, but no specific instructions on how to add the granulated sugar and corn sugar. Is it necessary to terminate and add just before filling? If so, there is a certain amount of water used?

Personally, I would just 20 minutes to the end of the boil and add should be good. This gives you enough time to dissolve.
